The files are large so it might take a while to download.

The scanning has been done using the Office Lens app on my Samsung S9 phone and merged using Acrobat. It is difficult to keep the pages open and flat, so in some cases, I used clips which can be easily seen. This isn't near professional quality, but it will give those who are interested a better-than-nothing copy of the book.
