Bar-B-Q Beef
INGREDIENTS:
6-pound chuck roast
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 large onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 20-oz. bottle of ketsup
1 T. barbecue sauce
1 t. each: vinegar, salt, worchestershire
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place in a large covered roaster. Bake for 6 hours at 300 degrees
Freezes well. Can do in two nights.
